Enhancement and comprehensive audit of optimization status

Recently we have encountered the issue that some of our customers using budget servers are experiencing optimization problems, specifically with CPU usage. Therefore, we have decided to investigate this matter and will release a comprehensive update with optimization improvements, PHP code refactoring, and some new features such as local caching of individual data within the theme scope.
